Staff and medical care absolutely superb. Ward 'atmospere' extremly friendly and attentive.
Cleanliness, linen and catering all great.
Transport department very helpful.
Extremely grateful that that my Partner was allowed to stay in your 'family accomodation' when it was unexpectedly found that I had to stay-over for a couple of nights. She has also asked me to express her gratitude for being made to feel welcome.
Showers could do with some attention - on my last visit couldn't find a male shower that worked.

I can think of no obvious improvement. Not only do all medical and nursing staff demonstrate the highest professional skills, but are without exception so kind and caring - above and beyond the call of duty. This also applies to all administrative, catering and domestic staff who could not be kinder and more helpful.
